As I've started work on my book, I've found the enjoyment of writing decrease a little too. I try to write a poem or short story every month as a way of falling back in love with it, and it seems to be helping. Oh, and Happy birthday :)
Thank you! And yes, I’m trying to practise more patience with writing: taking longer to write stories etc. I’ve been writing out detailed notes before starting a story. I’m trying to not focus on needing to always publish things so soon. I’m trying to find the joy of play again!
